Current Favourites!
I have quite a few favourite beauty products at the moment, some I've had for a while and some relatively new!
I'm goning to start off with nail polishes. I have four firm favourites that I have been alternating between this past few months.
Candy Apple: This is my favourite bold, bright red as you can see in the picture I've used over half the bottle! I love the Maybelline Colour Show nail polishes as they are really good quality and so cheap I think they retail at around £2.99 each!
Maybelline Color Show- Mauve Kiss: I have never been one for a nude, beige nail polish and I've always refrained from buying any as I just didn't think I could pull it off. Then I saw this one, I fell in love with it! It's just the most beautiful colour, and I think it would suit any skin tone. Again you can get this for about £2.99.
Revlon Top Speed- Vintage: This dark raspberry pink has been my Autmn/Winter nail polish it's a gorgeous vampy pink colour it looks a lot darker on than in the bottle but I love it! Best of all I got this at the bargain price of £1 from Poundland!
China Glaze- For Audrey: Last but most certainly not least, this in actual fact is my most favourite nail polish! Tiffany blue is on par with turquoise as being my favourite colour in general so this a dream for me and being China Glaze you can't really go wrong their polishes are absolutely divine! I believe this retails for £6-£7 roughly.
Moving on to my favourite concealers this is going to come as no surprise but my all time favourite concealer(s) is a combination of Mac Studio Finish- NC20 and Collection Lasting perfection- Fair 1. I use my studio finish on the inner corners of my eye to brighten them up and if I'm having a 'dark circles day' I use it all round my eye, I use the collection one on any blemishes and also under my eyes. I can honestly say I have never found any other concealers that do the job quite like this little duo! I hazard a guess at £15 for the Mac and £4.95 for the Collection? I don't really know :')
I have been using this Mac Pro Longwear Foundation- NC20 on and off for a couple of months and as you probably already know if you have read my blog before you'd know my all time favourite foundation is the Estee Lauder Double Wear, but lately I've been loving this one it doesn't feel quite as heavy as the Estee Lauder one and still has great coverage! It doesn't last on my skin as long as the other but that doesn't bother me that much. This costs £23.50 I believe.
MUA Mosaic Bronzer- Natural Glow Shade 1 ( left): I bought this on a whim really along with a blusher (more info on that later) but this is a truly great bronzer! I have been wanting to buy the NARS Laugna Bronzer for ages now but I keep putting it off as I keep buying cheaper alternatives and tell myself I that I have to try them out for a while before I pay all that money for Laguna. This one turned out to be a staple in my make up collection after buying this a month ago, I've used it almost every day! This was about £2.50 (don't quote me on that one!)
Mac Mineralized Skinfinish- Lightscapade (middle): Now this is something I use literally everyday, I know some people don't really see the big deal with this one but I love it, I wear a light dusting on my cheek bones for an everyday look and what I find great about it is that you can layer it up for more of a night time look. I think this was £18-£20.
Dainty Doll Eyeshadow Base- 001 Frankie Girl (right): I have had this a while but have only recently started using it regularly, I normally use the Urban Decay Primer Potion but a few months back I ran out and got this one in it's place, in all honesty I wasn't sure about this at first I thought it was a bit too solid and quite hard to blend in but when you get used to it, it is a really great base for eyeshadow, mine doesn't budge! This cost me £1.50 from www.fragrancedirect.co.uk/
Lastly I have two lip products and a make up brush...
Rimmel Kate- 113 Nude: This is the perfect nude for me it's a matte finish but it doesn't dry my lips out at all! I found this in the mini sale section in boots for some unbeknown reason it didn't have the lid but the lipstick itself didn't have a mark on it and it was just sitting there for £1! (who needs lids haha!)
EcoTools Concealer Brush: I got this brush in Tesco whilst doing a little food shop (random I know!) but this little gem was staring me in the face and I couldn't leave it behind, you see I've been wanting a brush specifically for concealer for a while now but I've never really bothered to look, I just happened to be looking in the right place at the right time! I love this little brush it does the job perfectly. This was under £2.
NARS Velvet Gloss Pencil- Baroque: This is the best lip gloss ever I mean apart from the colour being just stunning, the texture of this is amazing and feels lovely on the lips. It doesn't last all that long but I never really expect lip glosses to last all day anyway!
That's it for my current favourites, I hope you enjoyed this little post, I love talking about the things I love! Haha!
Thanks for reading.

Get Grabbling!
So I have decided that I love the idea of Grabble! If you haven't heard of it, it's a website in which you can save clothing and other items direct from your favourite online stores inc... ASOS, Topshop, Urban Outfitters, Missguided etc. You also get e-mail alerts if one of the items you've saved has gone on sale! Amazing!
I received an e-mail from etailpr yesterday informing me of a new competition where you can win £750 in ASOS vouchers, I will link below so can go check it out, if you are interested in entering!
Anywayss, this is my capsule style Valentines collection I made earlier today I thought having a few options for different activities because no matter what you've got planned all the items in this are inter-changeable so you could wear a playsuit in the day with some boots and a blazer and then swap the boots for some heels, add a cluch and then you're ready to party! But of course no Valentine's Day look is complete with out some red lipstick!!
I had so much fun making this, what are you waiting for? Go make a Grabble account!
Thanks for reading!

FOTD! Simple nude lips and winged liner.
I wanted something simple this morning so I decided on something that took me approximately 10 minutes!
Step 1- Base Makeup. I started with my Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation in Desert Beige as always! I didn't bother priming my face, as I find that for me anyway it's not really necessary with this foundation and I don't believe it makes that much difference. I applied some MAC Studio Finish concealer in NC15 to the inner corner of my eyes and blended it out, I then applied Maybelline Super Stay concealer in light under my eyes and then set my concealer with Rimmel Stay Matte powder in 001 Translucent.
Step 2- Eye Brows and Cheeks. For my brows I just used my Maybelline Brow Drama in Medium Brown and to contour (which the flash on my camera doesn't seem to agree with sorry!) I used MUA Mosaic Bronzer in Natural Glow Shade. I then took a MUA Blush in Candyfloss and swept in on the apples of my cheeks. Lastly I brushed a little bit of MAC Mineralize Skin-finish in Lightscapade on the top of my cheekbones to highlight.
Step 3- Eye Make up and Lips. Firstly I took a little bit of Lightscapade in the inner corner of my eyes to open them up a bit, I then used my L'oreal Superliner in Black to create a my winged eyeliner. For my lips I just simply used Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick in 113. (I think it's just called nude?)
So there it is, I apologise if you think it's boring but I never plan ahead my make up it just is what it is! Oh and don't forget to check out my Youtube channel I will be uploading a new video tonight!!
Thanks for reading!
